Our Founding Team
Disben Chen
Co-Founder & Chief Architect
Disben brings 25+ years of enterprise system experience — from SAP implementations at PwC to leading AI integration at ASX-listed tech firms. He witnessed first-hand how vendor lock-in cripples Australian SMEs' innovation.
He founded DIT Solutions in 2013 with a mission: “Return control to businesses through open, auditable AI.” Under his leadership, we’ve delivered 37+ open-source automation systems — all with full code ownership transferred.
Ginar Waters
Co-Founder & Head of AI Strategy
Ginar is a pioneer in ethical AI for Australian enterprises — previously led responsible AI initiatives at CSIRO’s Data61 and advised the OAIC on algorithmic transparency frameworks.
She ensures every DIT Solutions system is explainable, bias-audited, and human-centred. Her vision: “AI that empowers people — not replaces them.”
